Villa “FERIA” has a surface of 60 square meters and it can accommodate up to 2+2 people. It is ideal for couples. It has its individual parking – available on property – and it consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, an individual air-conditioned unit, a bathroom and a whole area of sitting-room, with a sofa that can be turned into bed, the TV set, the fireplace and the big sliding door with the stunning view over the Ionian Sea, the dining-room and the fully equipped kitchen, all in just one level. Only in this room there is an individual ceiling concealed air-conditioned unit. While going out of the room and getting down a level, through an outdoor staircase from the terrace, you arrive at the swimming pool area, where there are beach chairs and umbrellas, an outdoor shower and a table with the BBQ. There is also an overflow swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.
