Brand-new Villa Kallisto in Lefkada is everything you would expect when it comes to luxury! Its location could not be any more perfect. Perched on the mountainside above the bay of Nidri, you will be stunned by the birds-eye view of the Princes Islands including the famous Scorpios Island and Meganisi. Built to make the most of its panoramic position, with views of the sparkling crystal blue waters as far as the eye can see across the Ionian Sea. Villa Kallisto whether its indoors or outdoors has many spaces for everyone to either soak up the Greek Summer Sun or to sit under an olive tree to have a Greek Afternoon Siesta.

Indoor Area Accommodation at Villa Kallisto in Lefkada is spread over three levels with respect to wood and rocks of the surrounding environment and cool cream colors and light-colored furnishings. Entering through the front door the interior of the villa brings you to a long open living area. A hallway leads you into the large dining, lounge, and modern kitchen area. This space consists of large wall to ceiling window doors filling the ground floor with natural light and mesmerizing views of the pool area and the Ionian Sea. It’s an indoor-outdoor experience like no other giving you the ease of accessing the luxury of alfresco dining. All the spaces on the ground level of Villa Kallisto have direct access to the pool area. Via an internal staircase, you come up to the upper level of the villa, leading you into a hallway that separates the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom and just opposite another family bathroom. Each bedroom has a private balcony offering mountain and sea views. Moreover, via a seperate staircase you enter a seperate third bedroom on the ground floor, approximately 50m2 with en-suite bathroom, which can accommodate up to 4 guests as it has a king size double bed along with a spacious sofa-bed. Upon request we can add another bed.

Outdoor Area Running along the front of the house is the main outdoor terrace of Villa Kallisto in Lefkada featuring an infinity pool. To one side of the house away from the pool is a fully equipped BBQ area. Around the private pool there is a range of seating options, with sun-beds to soak up the Greek sun and last but not least the large outdoor dining table which will be a focal point for your family and friends to enjoy every meal of the day.
