Villa Nikoleta

In a village called Apolpena, just a 5-minute drive from Lefkada’s center is the beautiful Villa Nikoleta. Surrounded by the lush green forest scenery Villa Nikoleta offers great landscapes for you to admire and bring you calmness and serenity. The convenient location of the house will make it easy for you to visit as many as possible locations that you have scheduled. The main road in the front leads you to famous beaches such as Agios Nikitas, Kathisma & Porto Katsiki while from the opposite direction you are just 5 minutes from the center of the island where you will find shops in the main shopping street, tasty restaurants, the lovely harbor and marina, and of course the small alleyways you will really enjoy exploring.

When you enter the Villa, you walk into the open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living area blends in harmonically with the modern kitchen from where you have direct access to the front veranda and pool. On the same floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed, a family bathroom attached and also direct access to the exterior dining area and the pool. Walking up the stairs on the first floor you will find the other 2 bedrooms its one with its own bathroom with shower. One of them has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The balcony with the breathtaking view of Lefkada town and Ionian Sea connects the two bedrooms. In a small warehouse beside the stairs, you will find the washing machine. Also, there is a safe private parking spot in the basement of the house with a capacity of two cars.

On the Exterior a small garden beside the dining area with a portable barbeque on the veranda above the pool will become your favorite area of the house for you to enjoy your stay during the day
