Florena Villas are located at the mainland of Lefkada, 6,5 km away from the town of Lefkada, 5 km away from the most popular alpine village of Karia and 7,5 km away from Tsoukalades beach. Their location is combining postcard-perfect landscapes of olive-clad hills, easy reach of stunning beaches, and turquoise seas.
Each villa of the two villas spreads in three levels covering an area of 138 square meters. There are two bedrooms which can accommodate 4 persons, suitable for couples, families or friends.
In particular at the ground floor there is a living room equipped with a fire place, a kitchen and a toilet. There is a side door providing access to the outdoor swimming pool and the yard where you can enjoy a breath cutting view of Greek mainland (Preveza).
At the first floor there are two bedrooms which are the master bedroom, equipped with a traditional iron made double bed and a second bedroom equipped with two twin traditional wooden beds. First floor has also a bathroom with a stand up hydro massage shower.
Down at the basement there is a TV room where someone can relax by watching movies or playing games on the PlayStation. Moreover, there is a managerial office desk suitable for those who need to keep in touch with their professional obligations or just to spend some time to check their e-mails and serf on the web.
