When you enter the villa, you are in the spacious living room, with a stunning panoramic sea view coming through the tall glass windows. The lounge area has a sofa bed, ideal for 2 additional guests. Moving on you will find the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor dining area, where you will enjoy alfresco life at Villa Mare. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a family bathroom which is ideal for the extra guests on the sofa bed in the living area. Via internal stairwell from the ground level, you will move onto the first floor where there is a family bathroom and a double bedroom. The double bedroom has the luxury of a private balcony to soak in the beauty of the windsurfing activities across the bay of Vasiliki. Additionally from this level is a staircase that leads to the attic style double bedroom which is fully equipped with a lounge area and office desk. This has proven to be a children’s favourite.

The outdoor area of Villa Ostria is everything you would expect from living in a Greek Villa. There is an outdoor dining area for an alfresco experience.
